At Willow Tree Dental, we understand budgeting for dental care can be challenging. Because of this, we offer many financial options. We are confident we have a payment method that fits most budgets.

Accepted forms of Payment:

  • Cash
  • Check (established patients only, at the discretion of office)
  • NFC payments - Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Most major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
  • Flex Spending Account Cards and Health Savings Account Cards

Payment Plans:

  • In-house Payment Options
  • CareCredit – for those patients who qualify, we offer no-interest 6 month option and interest-bearing extended payment options.
  • Cherry Financing - for patients who qualify, Cherry offers manageable and flexible payment plans

Dental Insurance

Willow Tree Dental accepts and files all PPO insurances for our patients. We do not participate with any HMO, DMO, Medicaid or Medicare plans. Please visit our insurance information page if you would like more information about dental insurance.
